We want you to love your Icebugs! If you are unhappy with your purchase, don't worry—returns are free when you shop at Icebug.com.

To be eligible for a refund, initiate your return within 30 days of receiving the order.

  • Pack your items well using protective outer packaging.

  • Print your FedEx return label and attach it to your package.

  • Drop off your return at your nearest FedEx drop-off location. You can find your nearest location here.

USA ONLY: If you are provided with commercial invoices when creating the return, you must print all three copies of these invoices. Do not put them inside the package. Commercial invoices must be handed to the FedEx agent along with your returning package.

  • Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you. If you paid by invoice through Klarna, report a return on your order in the Klarna app to pause your payment.

NOTE! Returned products must not show any signs of wear when being returned. All labels must remain on the product, and shoes must be returned in their original box. Always protect the shoebox in additional outer packaging.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size/color, please return the item and place a new order on Icebug.com. Returns are free.
