HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (Canada)
Please return your like-new items in their original packaging (e.g., a shoe box) and include any labels or hangtags.
Protect your return items by putting them inside an external bag or box.
Fill out the return details on paper and add them to the return package, too. Feel free to use the back of your shipment’s pack slip. IMPORTANT! Include your name, order number, items being returned, and return code for the items.
Seal your package well. Be careful not to apply tape to the product packaging.
Put the return shipping label on your package. Are you missing a return label? Contact us!
Drop off the return at your nearest FedEx location or a participating retailer.
When dropping off the return, we recommend taking a photo of the return shipping receipt for your records.
RETURN CODES
Use one of the following reason codes for your return items:
1. Size too small
2. Size too big
3. Product does not match expectations
4. Wrong product delivered
5. Other (please specify)
TERMS FOR RETURNS
Return your items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund. Always include a slip with your return details. Without the correct order number, we may not be able to refund your items. Think of it as sending an empty, unsigned postcard to a friend. Now, you wouldn't do that.
If items are returned in damaged or dirty condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund. Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, we will email you to confirm this and issue a refund within 14 business days via the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
To exchange for a different size, color, or model, simply make the return and place a new order on icebug.com. Unfortunately, we do not provide a service for direct exchanges.
