HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (Canada)

  • To be eligible for a refund, initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Please return your like-new items in their original packaging (e.g., a shoe box) and include any labels or hangtags.

  • Protect your return items by putting them inside an external bag or box.

  • Seal your package well. Be careful not to apply tape to the product packaging.

  • Attach the return shipping label on your package. If you have a preprinted label in your package, use that. If not, go to icebug.com/returns to register your return and print off a shipping label.

  • Drop the return at your nearest drop-off location or a participating retailer (returns normally ship with Canada Post or FedEx). With FedEx you can schedule a pickup here: www.fedex.com/grd/rpp

  • When dropping off the return, we recommend taking a photo of the return shipping receipt for your records.

TERMS FOR RETURNS

Return your items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs. Always include a slip with your return details. Without the correct order number, we may be unable to refund your items. Think of it as sending an empty, unsigned postcard to a friend. Now, you wouldn't do that.

If items are returned in damaged or dirty condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund. Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, we will email you to confirm this and issue a refund within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Return shipping is free. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

To exchange for a different size, color, or model, simply make the return and place a new order on icebug.com. Unfortunately, we do not provide a service for direct exchanges.
