These terms apply to all customer orders from ICEBUG AB, org. reg. no. 556545-2611, via our webshop icebug.com (hereafter “the Site”). By using and/or placing an order via the Site, you agree to the terms given here and agree and confirm that you have consented to and read the information about personal data and the use of cookies and our terms.

Detailed contact data and other information about us are shown on the Site. To buy from us, you must be over 18 years old and not be under the care of a guardian.

You can place an order from, with delivery to, an EU country, Norway, or the USA.
The EU countries are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Also note, we do not deliver to the following places: Switzerland, Norway - Svalbard, Jan Mayen. Denmark - Faroe Islands, Greenland. Finland - Åland. Spain - Canary Islands.

Since January 1st 2021 we no longer offer shipping to the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right, in individual cases, to decline or change your order (for example if you enter incorrect personal details).

We make reservations for clearance sales and any errors in the pictures or text on the Site.

These terms are subject to change. The terms available at the time of placing your order apply to your order.

Order Confirmation

When placing an order on the Site, a purchase contract is entered into when you receive the order confirmation from us by email. Save your order confirmation in case of any contact with Icebug. Your order is conclusive when it has been confirmed by us.

Handling your personal details

When you complete an order on the Site, you will be asked to enter selected personal details. You confirm that the details you have entered are correct and complete, and you are responsible for any incorrectly entered details. For more information about our handling of personal data, see our personal data policy.

Ordering and prices

When ordering via the Site, the prices in force at the time of the order apply, regardless of whether the price increases or decreases afterward. All prices on the Site are given in EUR or USD and include VAT (25%).

Shopping from the US?
Please note:

Orders of a value of 800 USD or more will be subject to additional customs charges of up to 25% of the order value. You, the customer, will be billed these charges by the transporter, and they will require payment before delivery of your order.

To avoid having to pay added customs charges, the order value must be below 800 USD.

For Europe, the shipping cost is €12 for orders up to €99 - For orders over €99 shipping is free.
For USA, the shipping cost is $12 for orders up to $199 - For orders over $199 shipping is free.

Save any gift voucher/code after completing your purchase. If you are returning the goods, you can contact us to reactivate your code. Please include proof of shipping for your return.

Payment

Payment options vary by region. In collaboration with Adyen we offer various payment methods, including som regionally specific options where possible. Available payment options will always be visible at checkout for your region.

Delivery and transportation

Our estimated delivery time for orders abroad is 5-7 working days.

Europe:

We use DHL as our shipping agent to Europe. We offer home delivery and/or delivery to a collection point. The available option varies by region.

DHL can not deliver to a Post Box (PO Box). A street address is necessary for delivery.

USA:

We use UPS as our shipping agent to USA. The shipment goes directly to your address, not a collection point.

UPS can not deliver to a Post Box (PO Box). A street address is necessary for delivery.

Furthermore, UPS can not deliver to APO (Army Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. The only way to send an item to an APO, DPO or FPO address is to use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Please see https://www.usps.com/ for more information. usually deliver between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days stated at checkout. We will inform you about any delivery delays and continue to monitor the order. Unless stated otherwise, you have a right to cancel the order in the unlikely event that the delivery time should exceed 30 working days and this is through no fault of yours as a customer.

Right to cancel and return products

You always have 30 days right to cancel when buying products on the Site. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by contacting us within 30 days of you or a person designated by you receiving the ordered product (cooling-off period). If you notify us of the return of a product within 30 days of receiving it, the return should then be shipped within 14 days of this notification. If, however, the return is sent well within the 30-day right-to-cancel period, you don't need to let us know.

If you want to cancel the purchase, we ask that you inform us before the end of the 30-day cooling-off period.

Use the pre-printed return slip enclosed in your package to return your product(s). You are responsible for the condition of the product once you have received it and during the return shipping. The product must always be sent in the original packaging if such came with the product, e.g. shoebox and other packaging. The original packaging must be in its original state. The product must be returned within 14 days of you notifying us that you want to exercise your right to cancel.

We recommend that you use the provided return shipping label for your return. Should you use a different way of transportation for your return, your package must be sent by business mail directly to our warehouse. You will also be responsible for providing the correct customs documentation for the return shipment. If sent to a terminal or collection point the order will normally remain for 14 days before being returned to you. Please contact us for more information.

When you exercise your right to cancel, we will refund the amount you paid for the product, excluding postage. When the returned product has arrived and been approved at our warehouse you will receive your refund.

In order to return a product and receive a full refund you only have the right to handle the product to the extent necessary to determine its properties and functions. For example, you do of course have the right to try on a pair of purchased shoes but not to use them outdoors or on any surface that causes wear to the shoe. If you handle the product more than this, we will have the right to deduct a sum from the amount we refund. The price deduction shall correspond to the reduction in the value compared with the value of the product in its original condition.

To avoid a payment reminder or late payment fee from Klarna we recommend that you report the return to them or move the invoice due date forward by contacting Klarna via their app or customer services.

When we have received your return, we will refund the amount for the product(s) you have returned via the original payment method.

Exchange for another product

Ordered and unused products can be exchanged within 30 days of the product being received by you. Return the product and place a new order. Unfortunately, we are not able to change the size via email or a message on the return slip.

Complaints

You have the right to make a complaint about products that are faulty according to the consumer protection legislation in force. If you should receive a defective, incorrectly delivered product or anything else that deviates from your order, please contact us as soon as the fault or error is discovered.

If you have purchased an Icebug product from one of our retailers, please contact the shop/store from which you made the purchase for help with handling your complaint.

Delayed delivery

In the event of a delay of 30 days, we can cancel the purchase at no cost if you do not approve the new proposed delivery time. If you have paid in advance and want to cancel the purchase due to the delayed delivery, we will refund your order in full.

According to the Electronic Communications Act, which was established on 25 July 2003, everyone visiting a Swedish-registered website with cookies should be informed that the website contains cookies, what these cookies are used for, and how to avoid cookies.

If you have not received your package, or a notification that the package can be collected, after the delivery period of 3-5 working days, please contact us.

Changing the details on a despatched order

It is important to check that the name and address are correct before completing your purchase. The name should be written exactly as it is on your ID. Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of an order that has already been despatched. If the order cannot be collected, the package will remain with the representative for 14 days.

Uncollected/Undeliverable packages

If you do not collect your package or are not able to receive your package, and it is returned to us uncollected/undelivered, you will be charged 10 EUR / 10 USD as compensation for shipping and other costs.

Security, personal data and cookies

All information concerning your details (name, address, account number, etc.) can be read in our personal data policy.

Applicable law and dispute

We value you as a customer highly and want to help you. In the event of complaints and any disputes that we cannot solve, we recommend that you contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes, www.arn.se, or Box 174, 10123 Stockholm, Sweden. We always follow its recommendations. You can also use the EU Commission’s website: http://ec.europa.eu/odr for complaints. The terms are interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
