These terms apply to all customer orders from ICEBUG AB, org. reg. no. 556545-2611 (Europe and the UK) and Icebug USA Spc. (the USA and Canada), via our webshop icebug.com (hereafter “the Site”). By using and/or placing an order via the Site, you agree to the terms given here and agree and confirm that you have consented to and read the information about personal data and the use of cookies and our terms.
Detailed contact data and other information about us are shown on the Site. To buy from us, you must be over 18 years old and not be under the care of a guardian.
With a few exceptions, you can place an order from - with delivery to - an EU country, Norway, the United Kingdom, the USA or Canada.
We ship to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and the United States of America.

We reserve the right to decline or change your order in individual cases (for example, if you enter incorrect personal details).
We make reservations for clearance sales and any errors in the pictures or text on the Site.

Sizes displayed on the website will depend on which country you are shopping from.

Order Confirmation
When placing an order on the Site, a purchase contract is entered into when you receive the order confirmation from us by email. Save your order confirmation in case of any contact with Icebug. Your order is conclusive when it has been confirmed by us.
Handling your personal details
When you complete an order on the Site, you will be asked to enter selected personal details. You confirm that the details you have entered are correct and complete, and you are responsible for any incorrectly entered details. For more information about our handling of personal data, see our personal data policy.
Ordering and prices
When ordering via the Site, the prices in force at the time of the order apply, regardless of whether the price increases or decreases afterward. All prices on the Site are given in SEK, NOK, EUR, GBP, USD or CAD.
SEK, NOK and EUR prices include VAT 25%. GBP prices include VAT 20%. For USD, Sales Tax is added on top of displayed prices, for applicable states. For CAD, GST/HST is added on top of displayed prices, as applicable per province/territory.
Please note that orders that have been placed cannot be changed or cancelled.
Save any gift voucher/code after completing your purchase. If you are returning the goods, you can contact us to reactivate your code. Please include proof of shipping for your return.
Europe
The shipping cost for Europe is 12 EUR for orders up to 99 EUR; shipping is free for orders over 99 EUR.
United Kingdom
The shipping cost for Europe is 12 GBP for orders up to 99 GBP; shipping is free for orders over 99 GBP.
USA
The shipping cost for the USA is 12 USD for orders up to 169 USD; shipping is free for orders over 169 USD.
The shipping cost for delivery addresses in Alaska is 29 USD, regardless of order value.
US orders ship from Canada and/or Sweden and are generally delivered within 3-6 business days of placing the order.
Canada
The shipping cost for Canada is 15 CAD for orders up to 169 CAD; shipping is free for orders over 169 CAD.
Payment
Payment options vary by region. We offer various payment methods in collaboration with Adyen, including regionally specific options where possible. For most regions, we offer payment by different cards, a "buy now, pay later" option, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available payment options for your region are visible at checkout.
Delivery time
Expected delivery times are stated at checkout. Delivery times may vary throughout the year. We will do our best to monitor your order and inform you about any delivery delays. Unless otherwise indicated, you have the right to cancel your order in the unlikely event that the delivery time should exceed 30 working days, and this is through no fault of yours as a customer.
Europe
European orders ship from Gothenburg, Sweden, and are generally delivered within 2-5 business days of placing the order.
United Kingdom
UK orders ship from Gothenburg, Sweden, and are generally delivered within 4-6 business days of placing the order.
USA and Canada
For mainland USA and Canada, orders are generally delivered within 3-6 business days of placing the order. Please expect a few more delivery days for Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note for USA and Canada:
Your order may be fulfilled from more than one warehouse, resulting in multiple shipments and multiple ship confirmations. If you receive multiple shipments, you must keep them separated; a shipment from one warehouse must not be returned to a different one.
Shipping services
Europe
EU orders ship by DHL. We offer home delivery and/or delivery to a collection point. The available options vary by region.
DHL can not deliver to a Post Box (PO Box). A street address is necessary for delivery.
Norwegian orders ship by Bring, to a collection point. Finnish orders ship by PostNord, to a collection point. Swedish orders ship by ICA Paket or PostNord, to a collection point.
United Kingdom
UK orders ship by UPS. The shipment goes directly to your home address, not a collection point.
UPS can not deliver to a Post Box (PO Box). A street address is necessary for delivery.
USA and Canada
We will ship your order using the best-suited shipping option, which is determined at the warehouse. Your shipping confirmation email will include the carrier and tracking number.
Right to cancel and return products
You always have 30 days right to cancel when buying products on the Site. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by contacting us within 30 days of you or a person designated by you receiving the ordered product (cooling-off period). If you notify us of the return of a product within 30 days of receiving it, the return should then be shipped within 14 days of this notification.
Extended return policy over the Christmas period
We offer an extended free returns policy until 31 January. Return your order before 31 January 2025 for a full refund.
If you want to cancel the purchase, please inform us before the end of the 30-day cooling-off period.
However, if the return is sent well within the 30-day right-to-cancel period, you don't need to let us know.
Use the pre-printed return label enclosed in your package to return your product(s). You are responsible for the product's condition once you have received it and during the return shipping. The product must always be in its original packaging if such packaging comes with it, e.g., a shoebox. The original packaging must be in its original state. The product must be returned within 14 days of you notifying us that you want to exercise your right to cancel.
If you choose not to use the provided return shipping label, your package must be sent by business mail directly to our warehouse. You will also be responsible for providing the correct customs documentation for the return shipment. If sent to a terminal or collection point, the shipment will normally remain for 14 days before being returned to you. Please get in touch with us for more information.
When you exercise your right to cancel, we will refund the amount you paid for your order. You will receive your refund within 7 business days of your returned product arriving and being processed at our warehouse.
To return a product and receive a full refund, you only have the right to handle the product to the extent necessary to determine its properties and functions. For example, you have the right to try on a pair of purchased shoes but not to use them outdoors or on any surface that causes wear to the shoe. If you handle the product more than this, we will have the right to deduct a sum from the amount we refund. The price deduction shall correspond to the reduction in the value compared with the value of the product in its original condition.
If using a "buy now, pay later" payment option, you, the customer, must ensure that no invoices are overdue. We recommend that you report the return to the payment provider by contacting their customer services to avoid a payment reminder or late payment fee.
When we receive your return, we will refund the amount for the product(s) returned via the original payment method.
Exchange for another product
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange for a new size, make a return with the provided return shipping label and place a new order in our webshop. You have 30 days of free returns. Seasonal changes to this policy may apply.
Complaints
You have the right to file a complaint about faulty products according to the consumer protection legislation in force. If you should receive a defective, incorrectly delivered product or anything else that deviates from your order, please get in touch with us as soon as the fault or error is discovered.
If you purchased an Icebug product from one of our retailers, please contact the shop or store where you purchased it to get help with your complaint.
Delayed delivery
In the event of a delay of 30 days, we can cancel the purchase at no cost if you do not approve the new proposed delivery time. If you have paid in advance and want to cancel the purchase due to the delayed delivery, we will fully refund your order.
If you have not received your package or a notification that the package can be collected after the delivery period of 3-5 working days, please contact us.
Changing the details on a despatched order
Always verify that the shipping name and address are correct before completing your purchase. The name should be written exactly as it is on your ID. We cannot change the details of an already shipped order.
Please contact us immediately if you find an error in your order details.
Uncollected/Undeliverable packages
If you do not collect your package or cannot receive it, and it is returned to us uncollected/undelivered, you will be charged €10/$10/£10 as compensation for shipping and other costs.
Security, personal data, and cookies
Our personal data policy contains all information concerning your details (name, address, account number, etc.).
According to the Electronic Communications Act, established on 25 July 2003, everyone visiting a Swedish-registered website with cookies should be informed that the website contains cookies, what these cookies are used for, and how to avoid cookies.
Applicable law and dispute
We value you as a customer highly and want to help you. In the event of complaints and any disputes that we cannot solve, we recommend that you contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes, www.arn.se, or Box 174, 10123 Stockholm, Sweden. We always follow its recommendations. You can also use the EU Commission’s website: http://ec.europa.eu/odr for complaints. The terms are interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
