Icebug USA, SPC is looking for a new Customer Service Representative!
Icebug is a Swedish footwear company that saves the world from slipping and raises the bar for sustainability in the industry.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate supporters.
This position is based out of our U.S. Headquarters in Bellingham, Washington, but could be remote for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will be highly confident in communication, time management, and multitasking.
The Customer Service Representative role is a full-time position. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday. The schedule will generally be standard business hours with some early morning and evening hours to assist customers and collaborate with the Icebug HQ team in Sweden.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position includes the following duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about Icebug products, pricing and availability
Work with internal teams to meet customers’ needs
Problem-solve efficiently
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to quickly learn new software programs
Ability to remain positive, patient, and focused in stressful situations
Motivated and collaborative worker both individually and as part of a cross-cultural team
