With its robust design, sleek fit, and 16 dynamic carbide steel studs underfoot, this is Icebug’s most worn winter shoe. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and built to handle many miles on both icy streets and asphalt.

Light as a feather, incredibly comfortable

Metro2 owes its lightness to the lightweight EVA midsole, which provides soft cushioning and a natural rolling stride. The collar is a soft and elastic cuff for a snug fit, while the side zipper makes the shoe easy to slip on and off. Perfect for everyday life when you just want to get out the door – without hassle.

World-class traction for all winter days

The dynamic BUGrip outsole with 16 carbide steel studs adapts to the surface – giving grip on ice and snow, yet allowing you to walk miles on asphalt without wearing down the studs.

Metro2 BUGrip Nubuck – same grip, upgraded comfort

The updated version is called Metro2 BUGrip Nubuck, combining the same reliable traction with nubuck leather from Nordic farms. The inside is lined with warming Rewool – a mix of recycled wool and recycled PET – and the shoe is reinforced with sustainable materials like BLOOM® algae foam in the midsole and recycled fishing nets in the heel and toe areas.
