As a certified B Corp, Icebug is part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact.

The B in B Corp stands for Benefit for all, and the movement aims at changing our economic system to positively impact all stakeholders — workers, communities, customers, and our planet.

Icebug’s B Corp Commitment.

In short, B Corps stands for "Using business as a force for good." This idea goes very well with what we at Icebug believe in.

We use our business not to enrich shareholders but to improve people’s lives. We aim to change the shoe industry in a sustainable direction. We actively participate in improving workers’ conditions in the factories where our shoes are made. We oppose deforestation and donate 1% of our annual sales to environmental causes and projects.

We became a certified member of B Corps in October 2022 and we are looking forward to achieving even more impact – together.

To become a certified B Corp means going through a very tough assessment. This will be done every three years – which means that certified companies need to work hard and keep making improvements over time.

We use our business to do good

At Icebug, we’re committed to making better shoes that help you get out every day – no matter the conditions. Also, we have decided to change our industry by taking responsibility for our footprint. Our goal is to make footwear with great durability, low CO2 emissions and respect for people and planet. Part of the money that you invest in us, we give back to the planet by donating to organizations that, for instance, work to preserve old-growth forests.
