To return your items, first create a return via the returns page.
Pack your items well using protective outer packaging.
Returned products must not show any signs of wear. All labels must remain on the product, and shoes must be returned in their original box. Always protect the shoebox with additional outer packaging and never write on or tape the original box.
Print your return label and attach it to your package.
Drop off your return at your nearest service point. (If you have received a QR code instead of a shipping label, show the QR code to the clerk to have your label printed.)
Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days. If you paid by invoice through Klarna, report a return on your order in the Klarna app to pause your payment.
In some countries, FedEx offers free collection of your return package. Information about this is provided upon registering your return.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size/color, please return the item and place a new order on Icebug.com. Returns are free.
