Spirit 9 OLX™

This is the ninth generation of our most extreme trail shoe. It was designed for off-trail and orienteering competitions and has been used by world champions for over 15 years.

Spirit 9 – now even more durable

Spirit is the obvious choice for runners who take on orienteering and off-trail terrain. Our specially designed sole pattern, combined with the shoe’s fixed steel studs, allows you to run freely in the toughest conditions. Now, we’re releasing the ninth generation of the Spirit OLX.

The Spirit 9 OLX takes our most extreme trail shoe to a new level. New this year is the ultra-durable upper, made from Perspair®, a woven fabric using Jacquard technology. This construction minimizes seams and combines multiple thread types, including an ultra-strong aramid fiber. The upper is flexible, responsive, and has an exceptionally low wet weight thanks to its minimal water absorption.

The heel section is specially designed to relieve pressure on the Achilles tendon. Spirit features a low-profile sole with a 4mm drop for maximum ground control and a flexible midsole that allows the foot to move naturally.
