HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (United States)
To be eligible for a refund, initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Go to icebug.com/returns to register your return.
Return your like-new items in their original packaging (e.g., a shoe box) and include any labels or hangtags.
Protect your return items by putting them inside an external bag or box.
Seal your package well. Be careful not to apply tape to the product packaging.
Print and attach the return shipping label to your package.
Drop off the return at your nearest FedEx location or a participating retailer, or schedule a pickup here: https://www.fedex.com/grd/rpp/
TERMS FOR RETURNS
Return your items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.
If items are returned in damaged or dirty condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund. Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, we will email you to confirm this and issue a refund within 14 business days via the original payment method.
Return shipping is free. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow 7 business days for return shipping and processing.
EXCHANGES
To exchange for a different size, color, or model, make the return and place a new order on icebug.com. Unfortunately, we do not provide a service for direct exchanges.
