To return your items, first create a return via the returns page.
Pack your items well using protective outer packaging.
Returned products must not show any signs of wear when being returned. All labels must remain on the product, and shoes must be returned in their original box. Always protect the shoebox in additional outer packaging and never write or put tape on the original box.
Print your FedEx return label and attach it to your package.
Drop off your return at a FedEx service point. You can find your nearest FedEx location here.
In some countries, you can book a cost-free collection of your return package. Information about this is provided upon registering your return.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you. If you paid by invoice through Klarna, report a return on your order in the Klarna app to pause your payment.
Need a different size?
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size/color, please return the item and place a new order on Icebug.com. Returns are free.
