Job Overview

Icebug USA is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Independent Sales Representatives to join our team. As an independent rep, you will represent Icebug's footwear in a designated territory, working with retailers and other key partners to grow the brand’s presence and boost sales. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Icebug’s line of footwear to outdoor retailers, specialty stores, and other relevant markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts. 

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets for the territory. 

  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and product training sessions. 

  • Educate retailers on the unique benefits of Icebug footwear, including sustainability features and advanced traction technology. 

  • Provide feedback to the Icebug USA team regarding market trends, customer needs, and potential product improvements. 

  • Manage your schedule, pipeline, and sales reporting independently.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the footwear, outdoor, or sporting goods industry. 

  • Established relationships with retailers in your region are a plus. 

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

  • Passionate about sustainability, the outdoors, and an active lifestyle. 

  • Willingness to travel within your designated territory. 

  • Strong organizational skills to manage accounts and sales reporting.
