A new grip on the classic
The classic Chelsea boot gets the Icebug treatment in the creation of the Boda. Iconic style is elevated with a secure grip and durable material choices. Boda is available both with our non-studded Michelin sole or the studded BUGrip sole.
Boda is a boot for an active everyday life. Water-repellent suede upper, together with a mudguard around the entire foot, keeps the sludge away. The inside is lined with both fleece and biodegradable Primaloft® Bio Insulation. Combine that warmth with a wide last and plenty of space for the toes, and you get a boot that is ready to keep you comfy and cozy in wet conditions. Boda’s stable midsole gives a good roll in the step, providing a comfortable stride. With all this working for you, there’s no doubt that Boda a superb walking shoe.
Sustainability highlights:
✓ Insulation made of Primaloft® Bio, a recycled and biodegradeable insulation material.
✓ The Milspeed inner heel and toe reinforcements are made of 60% recycled plastic, out of which 11-12% are recycled nylon fishing nets.
✓ Midsole EVA contains 20% BLOOM® foam, which is made from algae from overgrown lakes.
✓ The BUGrip® outsole contains 20% recycled rubber.

We at Icebug are serious about our climate work. We follow the UN's Climate Neutral Now initiative, measure the entire company's greenhouse gas emissions, and constantly change materials and processes to get a lower climate footprint. Our shoes will have a climate footprint lower than 6.4 kilos of CO2 per pair by 2030.
